Once downloaded impossible to start : crashes !!

Liebe Programmierer der ZaraHome App, es war echt eine super Idee eine App für das ZaraHome Sortiment zu erstellen. Leider funktioniert diese nicht und bleibt schon beim ersten Schritt zur Konfigurierung hängen, nämlich bei der Länderauswahl. Hiermit bitte ich sie in Form von konstruktiver Kritik, dass sie ein Update für diese Applikation erstellen, damit die Nutzer wieder Spaß daran haben, sich tolle Sachen im Shop zu bestellen. Danke für ihre Aufmerksamkeit. Dear programmers of the ZaraHome ext., a really idea an ext. was to be provided really for the ZaraHome assortment. Unfortunately, this does not function and gets stuck already with the first step to the Konfigurierung, namely with the land choice. Herewith I ask them in the form of constructive criticism that they provide an update for this application, so that the users again have fun to order themselves great things in the shop. Thanks for her attention.

Was so frustrated ...I lost the choices I added to the shopping cart after my ATTEMPT to register !!! ** Glitch : We cannot enter a Canadian Zip Code Capital letters with #s Must be fixed ASAP !

Like on the website, it is impossible to create an account on this app.

Useless. Cant even load after the initial Zara Home screen.

The app has been not functional for over a week! I was really looking forward to shopping with it! What a disappointment!

Really badly done, I cant created an account because it keep crashing and I cant checkout either.

Everytime i put in my postal code to create an account the app crashes! Please fix

The app is really bad. It crashes so many times. When it gets to certain page, it just freezes without letting you know if and how it is proceeding. I ended up entering over and over again. I love Zara homes products and the convenience of shopping at home. But it takes an hour or more to go through ordering at a time. It is very frustrating indeed

Crashes all the time, doesnt accept payments and looses the basket!!! Joke of an App!

Cant open anything right from the beginning.. Bad app!!

Can not open also this version it says go to app store but in app store my version is lately coming?? Please fix it and also we want Turkey online buying function every country have but we dont why!!

Please change settings or something- the program can not start. This is problem more then one month! Still not able to be open.

Im very disappointed to know that USA is not listed on the list of countries. Not amused.

Relieved to find that the US has been added to the list of countries, you too will find that this app works seamlessly with the iPad/iPhone! It was composed beautifully with extensive HI RES photos of every product! Shop away America!

No option to select USA. Not sure how a previous reviewer found that option.

It may not have as many things as I was expecting BUT the app is great and DOES have US ( under united states of america) as an option. Just scroll down the list of countries and it is exactly where expected, by alphabetic order.

Disappointed only because there arent any items that come up when looking for bedding and such things. Zara seriously should consider just opening up stores for the home decor
