This app is so bad its hard to know where to start, so I will limit myself to three grievances (by the way, I love Zaras clothing app, which is what makes this app so disappointing). 1) A search for nearby store locations consistently shows one as located in the Atlantic Ocean south of Ghana. 2) For US stores, the default language is Spanish, with no ability to select English. 3) The list of available products appears to be substantially less than what can be found on the full computer version.

I was trying to purchase an item under the Promotions links in my phone. But the website doesnt have a mobile version so the pictures and text were too small. So I downloaded app but no link to Promotions (Sales)!

After attempting to place an order from my phone and seeing that there was no mobile website, I downloaded the app. I cannot seem to register- after agreeing to the terms and policy it just sits on the same screen. I tried to go under "forgot password" since I noticed my email was saved for log in just to see what would happen Nd I keep getting "we are updating our site for you". Not functional at all

I love Zara Home. Half of my house is decorated from this store, so I was a bit dismayed to find that their website is not mobile friendly as I do a lot of my shopping in phone or tablet. I was happy to see they have an App; at least until I downloaded it. The basic functionality and layout is fine, if only it worked. Page scrolling is next to impossible. When you click into a product the layout is all wrong and you cant see the details. Online ordering doesnt seem to work. This app is completely useless. Please fix this app Zara, in the meantime Im going to go look for a user friendly app to meet my home goods shopping needs. This poorly built app literally just cost you a real sale.
