Really really really bad

The app is really bad. It crashes so many times. When it gets to certain page, it just freezes without letting you know if and how it is proceeding. I ended up entering over and over again. I love Zara homes products and the convenience of shopping at home. But it takes an hour or more to go through ordering at a time. It is very frustrating indeed
